So I noticed it has almost been a year since I posted last. Since my last post we had a great Christmas and new years with family. Ryanne and Kaylee have started daycare. Skylar has started the first grade. Kaylee has turned two. We are getting ready for Skylar's 7th birthday.

She is potty trained, wears 18 to 24 month clothes, size 6 shoe. We are into Minnie mouse and Dora right now. She loves to play outside with her friends at school and sisters. She is also really good at aggravating her sisters. When they pick on her she fights back.

Kaylee Elizabeth Faye turns 1

I can't believe that a year has already gone by. This time last year I was finishing up cleaning the house and getting my bags ready to go to the hospital to be induced with Princess #3. Kaylee Elizabeth Faye was born at on September 23rd, 2009 at 6:35pm. She weighed 7lbs 7ozs.

Today she is one and is doing so much. She has started walking and is now into everything. She has grown so much. Things she is doing:

walking, saying mama and dad, we almost have thank you down. Every once in a while it sounds like she is trying to call her sisters by name. Ryanne i am pretty sure will be RyRy and i think skylar may end up being Sky. She eats anything you give her. she is only taking one nap during the day for the most part sometimes she will take two. That just depends on what time she gets up. Kaylee went to the dr on 9/24 for her one year check up. Here are her stats:

weight: 20 lbs 10ozs

length: 28 1/2 inces

head 17 1/4 inches

She is wearing a size 4 diaper, 12 month and some 18 month clothes, Walking more and more everyday, sleeps about 12 hours a night, eats anything you put in front of her, she loves pancakes, loves to play with her sisters, loves to be outside.

New Beds

We have been talking about bunk beds in the girls room for sometime. We got lucky and someone that Jeremy's dad works with gave us a set of beds with a matching desk. I took the girls to my dad's Saturday morning and Jeremy stayed home to get there beds up. When we got home he was waiting in there room to capture the moment. We left the beds the colors that they were and left it up to Skylar to decide what colors she wants them painted. So it looks like the colors will be changing from red, blue and yellow to pink, purple and blue. here are a few pictures.

1st Day of Kindergarten!!!

So I know i am way behind on blogging so I am just going to start with what has been going on recently. Skylar Grace started her 1st day of Kindergarten on August 19th, 2010. She has a really cool teacher Mr. Howse. She was ready for the first day she was tired of pictures by the time we got to school but I had to get a few more. I was so glad that she walked in with no problem sat down at her desk and told me bye. I didn't even shed a tear I was glad for that. Daddy even took the day off from work to get her ready for school and take her. here a few pictures from her special day.

We spent Easter this year with Aunt Lindsey, Uncle Jason, Dallas, Landry, Lilly, Mimi, Papaw, Marsha, Ethan and Mike. We all had lunch at Aunt Lindsey and Uncle Jason's house. After lunch the kids dyed easter eggs and then we hunted easter eggs at Margeret Vann Elementary school.

Landry's Birthday Party

April 3rd, 2010 we attended Landry's birthday party at Sonshine Academy. Ryanne and Skylar had lots of fun on the trampolines and playing with everyone. Kaylee hung out in her carseat with Lilly and watched everyone play. Here a few pictures from the day.

Skylar Grace's 1st softball practice

Skylar Grace has been asking to play softball. So now that she is finally old enough to play we have bought her the gear in all pink. Yes that is right a pink glove, pink bat, pink batting helmet, pink softball, and a pink bag. She had her 1st practice on March 28th. With some extra practice she will be one heck of a little softball player.

Kaylee's 6 months old

Kaylee turned 6 months old on Tuesday March 23rd. She got her first taste of a cupcake to celebrate the day. Our wonderful babysitter Becca thought it appropriate to only give her half a cupcake on her half birthday which I thought was a cute idea. Some things Kaylee is doing: sitting up on her own, grabbing for toys to chew on, can get her passy to her mouth on her own, holding her own bottle and her 1st word was dada.

you wear a size 3 diaper and you are still mostly in your 3 to 6 month clothes some of your 6 to 9 month stuff is starting to fit.

Snow Day

Well today was a snow day for most of central arkansas. We woke up to some sleet and a few wet roads. School was cacnelled however mommy did go to the office for a few hours. When it got daylight out I noticed the roads were starting to get really slussy so I decided it was time to get home before it got any worse. As the day went on it got colder and the sleet turned into snow. We took all the girls outside to play in the snow for a little bit. Kaylee didn't get to stay out to long even though I had like 3 layers of clothes on her. Skylar and Ryanne got to stay out a little longer. Ryanne wasn't real sure about it at first then she started trying to throw some snow at her daddy. Here are some pictures from today. I am hoping to get more pictures tomorrow while the girls are outside playing it again.

Kaylee's 1st bowl of oatmeal

Tonight I decided that it was time for Kaylee to start eating ceral. She has been getting rice ceral in her bottles for about a month or so now to try and help with her spit up issues. However tonight we ventured into oatmeal. I mixed it with some apple juice instead of water and she loved it. She wasn't to sure at first but she got the hang of it.

Kaylee's 4 Months

Kaylee is now 4 months old. My how time has gone by. Where have the 4 months gone. Kaylee is such a happy little baby. She is sleep from 7pm to 7am now. I wish Ryanne would do that. She loves to sit in her bouncy seat and her bumbo seat and just watch everyone. She has also started playing with several of her toys that she can hold. Everything is going to her mouth including her fist all the time. I suspect we will be seeing a tooth before long.

Snow Day

So I am a little late posting this but oh well...January 4th the girls woke up to a little snow on the ground. It wasn't much but our wonderful baby sitter got them bundled up and took Skylar and Ryanne out to play for a little bit. Kaylee got to stay inside because she already had a cough that I didn't want to get any worse. Here are a few pictures of the girls playing.

Christmas Day 2009

We got up Christmas morning to Ryanne busting through our door. This is how she usually enters our room. So we decided we would wake Skylar up and see if KK was up yet. So we went in and got Skylar up just telling her Merry Christmas and she was up out of the bed with no questions asked. When we went into KK's room she was just waking up. She is such a happy baby she just looked at me and Ryanne and smiled. This Christmas was Kaylee's first Christmas she really wasn't sure what was going on but that is okay it was still a special day at our house. After we opened the presents Santa left for the girls it was time for breakfast and to get dressed to head to Jacksonville. We got to Jeremy's parents every year on Christmas day for lunch and more presents. Aunt Lindsey, Uncle Jason, Dallas and Landry where there when we got there we all ate lunch and then the kids got to open there presents. Gmom and Mr Paul were also there for lunch and the fun of present opening. This year Skylar got a Nintendo ds from Santa so she also got some accessories. She got a play horse that makes all the wonderful horse noises thank goodness it doesn't make the mess. She loves these two presents so much. Ryanne got more baby doll accessories and baby doll stroller which she loves. We also now have the uno moo game and some dominoes and Skylar got my first uno with mickey and friends on it. We had a really good Christmas this year. Can't believe it is over.

Ryanne turns 2!!!

Ryanne turned 2 December 3rd and we had her party on December 5th. We just did her party at the house this year with a few friends and family. We got a cookie cake from Great American Cookie Company which I might add went over very well there was none left. Ryanne is really starting to talk more and she tries to do everything Skylar does. They have there moments but for the most part they get along great. Ryanne has had to adjust to being a big sister a few months before she turned 2 and is doing really well with that. She is also really starting to talk alot more. I have noticed that she likes to abbreviate names. Here are a few examples: Skylar is Sky, Kaylee is KK, Barrett is Bear(this is our babysitters nephew), Aiden is A (this is a friend of ours little boy), and then of coarse there is Mrs. Becca and Ryanne calls her Bec( our baby sitter). I took Ryanne for her 2 yr check up and here are her stats:

Thanksgiving 2009

This year we spent Thanksgiving in Jacksonville with Mimi, Papaw, Scooter, and the Haines. We headed over there a little early so I was able to help finish preparing lunch. We ate lunch and then watched the Dallas game. While watching the Dallas game the girls played and I looked at the sale papers with Meghan to see if there was anything I needed to get on black Friday for the girls. This was Kaylee's 1st Thanksgiving and she pretty much just slept right on through it. She only woke up to eat. This year after the game Skylar and Jeremy headed to deer camp. This was Skylar's 1st deer hunting experience that required camping. Ryanne and Kaylee got to spend the night with Mimi and Papaw so I could go shopping with Lindsey to get a start on my Christmas shopping. On our way back to Lindsey's from shopping I received a text message from Jeremy telling me Skylar was ready to come home. She had gotten cold and her feet were hurting. So I drove to Fordyce,AR and picked her up then we went to Mimi and Papaw's to get Ryanne and Kaylee. Kaylee had a cough and it woke her up at 1:30am Friday morning after she had a bottle she went back to sleep until about 5:30. I will post some pictures later.

Kaylee is 2 Months old

So i am a little bit behind. I took Kaylee to the dr on Tuesday November 24th for the 2 month check up and shots. Her stats are:

Height: 22 1/2 inches-50th percentile
weight: 10lbs 3ozs-25th percentile
head:14.8 inches-10th percentile

Everything is going good. Some things that you are now doing better is holding you head up a lot more while on your belly. Making the wonderful baby noises at mommy and showing us that beautiful smile a lot more. You have been sleeping through the night for little while now. Mommy was so blessed to have three really good sleepers at this age. After your appointment and shots mommy brought you home so you could nap before we did pictures. Mommy didn't get new born pictures scheduled in time so we did them at 2 months instead of waiting another month for 3 month pictures.

Halloween 2009

This year for Halloween Skylar dressed up as a ballerina, Ryanne was a frog and for Kaylee's 1st Halloween she was a zebra. We finished up with Skylar's birthday party and headed to trick-or-treat with Aunt Lindsey, Uncle Jason, Dallas, Landry, Ashley, Aaron, Bailey, Autin, Howard, Shannon, and Anna.We went to the southwind subdivision and trick-or-treated until we were all tired and wore out. Kaylee just mainly went for a ride. Ryanne really started to get the hang of it and would even try to say trick-or-treat at the doors. Ryanne didn't want to ride she wanted to walk like the big kids so she wore daddy out. Jeremy took Ryanne to all the doors and carried her to catch up with everyone. Ryanne had tons of fun. Skylar, Bailey,Dallas and Landry were running from house to house they were hard to keep up with because they really wanted to get some candy and had tons of fun. After trick-or-treating on the way home Ryanne crashed so when we got home everyone got ready for bed and we called it a night.

Skylar's 5th Birthday Party

We celebrated Skylar's 5th birthday on Halloween this year because she wanted to have a costume party. She got to pick her cake and of coarse just like every year she had to have a horse cake,however I was given some really specific instructions this year. The horse had to be orange and had to have purple hair and it also had to have some candy on it rear end. I believe this was suppose to look like the Halloween my little pony that we saw in the store. Skylar had lots of fun playing with everyone. She has been taking lots of pictures with my camera so her Aunt Marcy bought her a digital camera of her own she absolutely loves it. She also got a light bright, polly pocket, and puzzles along with some clothes. Mimi and Papaw bought her some really cute boots that she has worn everyday since. Skylar also wanted a down vest. She got a really cute silver one.She has also been asking for roller skates Pop and Grammie got her a pair so now I get to teach her how to skate. Good thing I still have my roller blades so I can skate with her. Here are some pictures from the party.

Kaylee's 1 month Check up

I can't believe our little girl is already a 1 month old. She went to see the dr today for her one month check up. She now weighs 8lbs 6ozs and is 20 1/4 inches long. She is gaining weight well and everything looks good. We are getting 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night in on stretch. She sleeps 3 to 4 hours during the day. We are getting a little tummy time while Ryanne is taking her naps. Skylar has really adjusted well and loves to hold and cuddle with Kaylee. Ryanne loves her little sister so much she doesn't realize that she is being to rough with Kaylee at times we have to let her know to be easy. I am having a hard time believing it is almost time for me to go back to work. Kaylee goes back to the dr on Nov. 23rd for her 2 month check up and her shots.

Pumpkin Patch

Since we had such a nice weekend this past weekend. I took the girls to the pumpkin patch. We went with Aunt Lindsey, Dallas and Landry, Mr. Davis (Aunt Lindsey's dad),Ashley(Aunt Lindsey's sister), Bailey and Austin. We spent the afteroon out there and all the kids had a great time playing on the swingsets and running through the hay tunnels. We took some pictures and then we picked out pumpkins and came home. This was Kaylee's first Pumpkin Patch trip she slept through most of it but we got some cute pictures of all the kids. here are a few pictures from our day.

Kaylee 3 wk weight check

I took Kaylee to the Dr Monday October 12Th for a weight check. We got a 7:50am appointment because I wanted to be in and out of there before anyone else arrived. Kaylee is eating about every 4 hours now and sometimes at night she will go for 6 hours. She is gaining weight she was 7lbs 14ozs. We go back for a one month check up on October 21st at 9:50am. Skylar is doing great with her baby sister she wants to be in the same room with Kaylee all the time just in case she wakes up. She always wants to hold her especially when there is someone here to see Kaylee she wants to hold her instead of sharing her with our visitors. Ryanne is still trying to adjust to having a little sister. She will kiss on her and give her hugs and she even likes to hold her. She also likes to poke her in the eye and hold the cell phone up to Kaylee's ear so she can talk on the phone. Ryanne is a big fan of sitting in Kaylee's swing and stealing Kaylee's passy and putting it in her mouth.

Kaylee Update

Kaylee went to the doctor for her newborn check up on Monday September 28th. She was already up to 7lbs 6ozs. The dr was very impressed because she said most breastfed babies don't gain there weight back that quick. When we left the hospital on Friday September 25th she was down to 7lbs 2ozs. On Sept. 28th the rest of her check up went great. They wanted to see her back on October 5th for a weight check. So I asked them to schedule me as early as possible so we could get in and out without being exposed to a whole bunch of stuff. We went in at 8:30am and Kaylee weighed 7lbs 8 1/2ozs. We get to go back again on Monday, October 12th at 7:50am this appointment is also to have her weight checked again. Skylar Grace has been so helpful she loves holding and cuddling with Kaylee. Ryanne Mackenzie is also loving on her and wants to hold her as well.

Today was Skylar's 1st ever soccer game. Jeremy took her out for a before game breakfast and then they headed to the game. I had to stay home with Ryanne because she was running a 101 fever. So i sent the camera with Jeremy to try to get some pictures. He got me a few pictures because he ended up have to coach because the assistant coach was running late. Mimi and Papaw came to the game to watch but they had to bounce back and forth between Dallas and Skylar games because they were both at the same time today. Thank goodness they only have 3 games at the same time out of 8. Here are some pictures from today.

37 week dr appointment

Today I went to the dr for my 37 week appointment. Every thing is going good. Kaylee's heart rate is in the 140's. I am dialated to a 1 however Kaylee remains pretty high. I am scheduled to be induced with Kaylee on September 23rd at 6:00am unless Kaylee decides she wants to come between now and then. I go back to the dr on September 16th at 9:40am for my 38 week appointment.

Ryanne got new glasses.

I took Ryanne last week to have her eyes checked. Her right eye has gotten better however her left eye has stayed the same. Her frames that she has had since she was 9 months old had finally gotten to small so we got to pick out some new frames. This time we got disney princess ariel glasses. It is a change so we are having a hard time getting her to keep them on but we did just pick them up today. Here are a few pictures of Ryanne in her new glasses when we got home.

Skylar's 1st day of Pre-K

Today was Skylar's 1st day of Pre-K. Mommy had to go into work extra early so daddy woke you up before he got ready to leave for work. He said Skylar jumped right out of bed had her teeth brushed and clothes on ready to go before he ever left. Mrs. Becca had to convince you that your hair was crazy and it needed to be brushed. You told daddy by and Mrs. Becca got you some breakfast and then had to try and occupy you until it was time for mommy to get here to take you to school. Mrs. Becca said you were asking her like every 5 minutes is it time for school yet. When mommy got here we got the camera out for a few pictures. Ryanne walked you outside and gave you a hug and told you bye. Then we took a few pictures by the car. then it was off to school. When we got to school Mommy's phone rang and it was Daddy so you got to talk to Daddy for a few mintues before we headed to your classroom. Once we got in your classroom you found your hook and put your things away then you went and found your chair. You introduced yourself to the 2 little boys at your table and started playing. Mommy had a few things to give to your teacher. Once that was I done I came back to your table to tell you bye. You looked at Mommy and said by mom have a good day see you later. Then you gave me a kiss and I was on my way back to work.

This afternoon when I picked you up from school you let me know you had a swell day. Then you told me you made lots of new friends and your really like it. When we got in the car you asked if you were going to go back when you woke up. I knew you would have a good day you were looking so forward to going to big girl school. I hope all your days at school go as well as this one did. When we got home Ryanne was so happy to see you.

34 week Ultrasound

I went to the dr yesterday for my 34 weeks appointment. This was our last ultrasound. Kaylee looks really good and is measuring at 4lbs 11ozs which is considered to be average. The first thing that the dr said when she say Kaylee's face was look at that cheek. So i have decided to share the picture of Kaylee. In the ultrasound pictures Kaylee is looking right at you. You can see on cheek really well and it looks like she is going to have chubby cheeks just like both her sisters and her daddy. We love the chubby cheeks.We go back to the dr on August 31st.

Weekend at Pops and Allison's Birthday Party

Well the girls spent all last week with Aunt Melanie, Uncle Jeremy and Kolton and they also spent some time with Pop and Grammie. Me and Jeremy went down on Friday when he got off work to get them. On Saturday was Allison's 2nd birthday. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. We headed home after dinner just because mommy and daddy wanted to spend Sunday at home with there girls before we have to go back to work on Monday. Here are some pictures from the birthday party.

Ryanne Mackenzie's 18 month check up

Well this afternoon after I got of work I took Ryanne in for her 18 month check up. We were a little late because they couldn't get us in during June. Here is where Ryanne is at now.

height: 31 inches
You are not a picky eater at all. You will eat or at least try everything that is offered to you. I am not sure which is your favorite. You are running everywhere trying to do what ever big sis does. You are learning more words everyday. Your favorite is to ask for cheese when mommy is cooking dinner so most nights you get a snack of shredded cheese while I cook. You are not interested at all in TV right now unlike your sister who loves to watch TV.

28 wk appointment

So I went to the dr on July 6th at 1:50pm for our 28 week appointment. Miss Kaylee is doing great her heart rate was 166 and as of yesterday she weighs 2lbs 7ozs. Skylar is very excited about her new baby sister. She has asked to help paint the room. I am hoping to get this done after the girls go to bed on night soon. We have picked a theme for the nursery. The name of it is alexis garden. here is a picture of the bedding:
I am going to paint the walls ivory and hope to get the wall stickers to match the blanket to give it some color. I am hoping to have baby Kaylee's room complete and ready for her arrival the week after Labor Day we shall see if that plan works out. We go back to the dr every two weeks now so the next appointment is July 20th.

Skylar at soccer

So soccer has been over for a little while. I am just now getting to posting the video from it. Skylar did a parents and child one just to introduce soccer to see if she would like it. So did like it so now we are waiting for fall soccer to get her.

Skylar's 1st Dance recital

Skylar has been taking dance since June of last year getting ready for recital this year. She got to preform in her first recital on June 6th, 2009 at 6:30pm. She did such a great job we are so proud of her. Here is a video of both of her dances.

Baby #3 has a name

So we have finally decided on a name for baby gril #3. We have decided to go with Kaylee Elizabeth Faye Rowland. This name is a combinaton of 4 very special women's names in our lives. Kay comes from Mimi this is her middle name. Lee comes from Aunt Marcy this is her middle name. Elizabeth comes from my Grandma this is her first name, and then Faye comes from Jeremy's Grandma this is her middle name. We are also going to be decorating her nursery in Winnie the Pooh. Everything continues to go well. We go back to the dr on June 8th at 3:00pm.

We went to the dr today for out 20 week appointment. The dr said everything is looking great. We are having baby girl #3. Her heart rate was 162 this morning and she is very active. here are the ultrasound pictures from the appointment.

So I went to the Dr yesterday for my 16 week appointment. Everything is going good. Heart rate is great. I am also pretty excited that I have only gained 2 pounds so far. We go back to the Dr on May 11Th at 8:30 am to find out if we are having another beautiful girl or a handsome little boy.

Dying and Hunting Easter Eggs

We dyed and hunted easter eggs today with Renae, Jeff, Ana, Saphira, and Harley. Skylar had fun dying easter eggs this year. Ryanne missed out as she was still taking her morning nap. Ryanne did wake up though once the dying was done and it was time to hunt the eggs. Ryanne only picked up one egg and then threw it. She was more interested in the wheeled bucket that Renae bought for Ana and Saphira. Here are some pictures from the day.

Skylar on her Trampoline

Skylar got a trampoline from santa for christmas and has had to wait to use it until our fence was put up. Our fence is just about done. We have to finish the back of it but for anyone to get in the backyard they have to go through the waist high weeds behind our house. So we put up the trampoline this weekend. yesterday was rainy and cold so she didn't get to jump at all yesterday however today it is nice out and she got to spend some time outside jumping. She loves her trampoline. I am sure we will be spending all of our time outside with her jumping.

On Saturday March 28Th, 2009 Ryanne was taking a bath and she slipped and fell hitting the side of the bathtub. She now has a cut above her eye and a black eye. This scared me so bad that I wrapped her in a towel and took her across the street to the neighbors to see if she thought I should take her to get sticthes. After only a few minutes the bleeding quite. I found some of the new skin liquid bandage stuff. I tried to put it on there after I got back home and got her dressed but she wasn't letting me do it so I decided that I would take her to Jason and Lindsey's to get Lindsey's help. This is the first time that Ryanne has had a black eye and the first time that she has scared me like this. Here are some pictures that I took this morning of her eye(well I at least tried).

Last weekend Jeremy and my dad started building out fence. When they started unloading the trailor Skylar was right there ready to help. The only thing that she was able to carry was the planks but she was so happy she got to help. After the trailor was unloaded I think she spent some time playing the mud in the backyard because she had on her mud boots. Saturday my dad and Jeremy got all the post in except for the ones in the back part of the yard because the ground was too wet back there. On Sunday Jeremy started putting the runners up on the side of the fence. Skylar was right there helping she got to hold the pouch for the screws and hand them to daddy and she got to help with the level. She had so much fun being outside helping her daddy.On Sunday Skylar also had her friend Ana over and she was also outside helping.A This past week Jeremy was able to get the front part of the fence done now the only part we have left to finish is the back part if the rain will ever stop long enough for the back yard to dry out enough for them to do the post back there.

12 week dr appointment

Today I went to the dr for my 12 week appointment. I am now 12 weeks and 6 days. The baby is doing good. Its heart rate was 156. I go back to the dr on April 13 at 3:10pm. Here are a few of the ultrasound pictures.

On Tuesday nights Skylar Grace has dance. This is her first year of dance. In June she gets to preform her dances in a recital. She is already starting to get excited about getting to dance on stage. She is doing so well with her dances. Tonight I was able to get a few pictures of her ballet dance. She will be preforming in ballet and tap. I will have to get pictures of tap another night. Tonight she was tired and ready to go home so by the time tap came around she wasn't really into doing much or having her picture taken.

Baby #3

I went to the Dr on Monday, February 23rd, 2009 for my first appointment. I am currently 9wks 1day pregnant. Our due date is September 29th, 2009. This will be baby #3. This pregnancy has been different from my previous two. With Skylar I was had morning sickness all day and had to be put on medicine. With Ryanne I had none of that at all and with #3 I am just nauseous. I haven't actually gotten sick. Jeremy is hoping for a little boy this time and I am kinda the same way. Although it doesn't matter to me as long as it is healthy. We had our first ultrasound and this one measured at 9wks 3 days on 2/23/2009. I do tend to have bigger babies though. Skylar was 7lbs 15ozs and was 2 wks late. Ryanne was 8lbs and was a week early. So we will just have to see what this one weighs. Our 12 week appointment is March 23rd at 9:30am.

Dinner at Jason and Lindsey's

Today Daddy, Papaw and Uncle Jason all went to the UCA baseball game. Aunt Lindsey text mommy and invited us over for dinner. So we head over to there house around 4:30pm. Aunt Lindsey made some chicken and dumplings. Ryanne you just loved them you ate 3 helpings full and you were good to go. Skylar of coarse didn't eat anything other than a roll. You girls also got to see Mimi and Papaw for a little while. After dinner we all just sat around and watched everyone take turns playing the wii. Daddy tried out the wii fit it was rather funny to watch. Dallas beat everyone in a game of mario kart. He is really good at that game. Mommy on the other needs to practice. I was able to get a few pictures of Skylar and Dallas sitting on the couch together and playing nicely. Landry knows how to brighten up someones day. I was just sitting in the recliner he climbed up in my lap and gave me a great big hug and kiss. He is the sweetest boy ever. Ryanne played most of the time with Aunt Lindsey. We also got a kick when Skylar, Landry and Dallas were all doing yoga. It was great to watch. Here are a few pictures from tonight.

Just an update

Okay so I am the worlds worst blogger. I haven't updated this since october of last year so here is a little bit to catch everyone up. Skylar is now 4 yrs old and has started dance classes. She is excited about her first recital in June. She loves dance so much. She is doing ballet and tap. She is still in love with horses. She has also been hunting with her daddy for the first time this past deer season. She had so much fun. She really enjoyed christmas this year. Santa left her a trampoline and as soon as our fence it built we will put it up in the back yard. She is ready to be able to jump at home too and not just at gymnastics. Skylar is in a preschool program and can now write her name. She is also learning basic spanish at pre-school she likes learning new things. We watch a lot of dora still. She is now starting to get into playing video games so she plays her vsmile. I guess that is about it for Skylar. Ryanne is now one and into everything. She wears glasses because she is farsided. We have our struggles with that keeping them on but she is getting better. Ryanne tries to do everything her big sister does when we are at home. Ryanne has aslo started answer us by shaking her head. Some words we now hear from her are: momma, dada, uh huh, no, uto, yes, she tries to say apple juice and milk. She will eat anything you put in front of her for the most part. Sometime green beans are an issue but i think we are getting better with those. She is pretty much running now to keep up with Skylar. Chirstmas this year was fun because Ryanne has the present opening thing down. She got a tinkerbell little quad that has been sitting in the living room and she has now figured out how to make it go. so she will drive in the house. well i guess that is about it for now. I am going to try to be better about updating our blog.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch with Dallas, Landry, Aunt Lindsey, Uncle Jason and Mr. D on saturday, October 11th. Skylar you had so much fun seeing the animals and trying to pick up a pumpkin. We got one big pumpkin and two little ones. Ryanne had fun to but she mostly got to ride. We also decided to take our halloween costumes with us to get a picture of the 4 of you and we did that as quickly as possible due to the fact that it was so hot outside. here are some pictures from our day.

Ryanne's 9 month check up

I took Ryanne to the Dr today for her 9month check up. She weighted in at 21lbs 11ozs and is currently 28 inches long. Her ears are doing great since we got tubes at the beginning of August. My how time has flown by. We fount out on Tuesday that Ryanne will be getting glasses. The eye Dr has determined that Ryanne is farsighted and will need glasses to correct this. I took her to the eye Dr because I noticed her left eye was starting to turn in when she focuses on things and wanted to see if there could be anything done. We go back to the Dr on 9/9 at 3:00pm to have her eyes dilated so the Dr can get her prescription and we can get her glasses ordered. Right now she is trying to walk but is having a hard time. The eye Dr said that we should notice a difference in that once we get her glasses. Skylar walked really early and it looks like Ryanne is going to follow in her sisters foot steps. There will be pictures once her glasses have come in.

Well Ryanne has finally figured out how to crawl. She has started crawling where she wants to go and she is even starting to pull up on things to stand up. Before long she will be running after big sis. Ryanne goes to the ENT on Thursday July 17,2007 to see about getting tubes in here ears for her ear infections. I figure once her ear problem is taken care of then her balance will get better when she pulls up on things. Skylar has learned to keep the play room door shut. I will be going through there putting al the little pieces up for now until Ryanne gets a little bigger. Well i guess that is about it for now.

Well Ryanne is weighing in at 19lbs 13ozs. She can sit up all by herself and she is trying really hard to crawl. She gets pretty aggrevated with it and then just decides to roll where she wants to go. We have just got over another ear infection. Looks like we are on the road to tubes with her as well. I will be posted 6 month pictures soon.

NFL Draft Day

I know I am a little late with this post. But better late then never. We spent NFL Draft day with Mimi and Papaw. Skylar was excited to be going to see Mimi. Skylar also made a Dallas Cowboy Star Cake for Papaw since his birthday was the thursday before the draft. Here are some pictures from draft day of the girls. Skylar also go to help MiMi with lunch. Skylar really likes to help with cheese dip because she gets to use a butter knife all by herself. Skylar also likes to help cook. So as long as grease is not involved I try to let her help as much as possible. Ryanne got to spend some time in the jumperoo while at MiMi and Papaw's which she loves so much.

Skylar has been asking for a few months for a brown dog she could name fudge. Well Jeremy was checking the papers on Saturday and found someone giving away labs. So he called and we now have a 6 week old puppy in the house. Skylar was so excited that her daddy brought home her Fudge. She wants to spend all her time outside with Fudge. I am so glad. As soon as we get our fench they will be able to play in the back yard. However we are having to save for our fence so the living room is the playarea for now. when it gets warmer we will be spending alot more time outside away from the TV. One March 26th Skylar and Jeremy filled in our flower bed in the front of the house. She had so much fun spreading flower seeds and playing in the dirt. She is turning into such a daddy's girl. I new it was only a matter of time before it would happen. However she still likes to go with mommy. While Jeremy and Skylar were playing in the dirt Ryanne sat in her stroller and just watched.I can't wait until the seeds start to grow and skylar gets to see her pretty flowers.

Easter

Well we went to Murfreesboro on Friday to spend the easter weekend with everyone. We got to Pop and Grammie's at about 8:30 and malorie was there waiting on us. I forgot to bring the extra eggs for dying so we had to wait until Saturday Morning. Pop got up on Saturday and went and bought eggs for Skylar to dye. Skylar had so much fun that I went and got a few more eggs for her to do.I think Aunt Malorie had just as much fun as Skylar. And don't you know that I left my camera at home and got zero pictures for easter. Skylar had so much fun hunting eggs on Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday when she woke up she found her Easter basket. The highlight of her day was a bunny that poops jelly beans. After lunch she got to hunt eggs. On the way home both the girls sleep the whole way. Thanks for the pictures Grammie.

St Patricks Day

Well we started our day off at 5:00am. Well that is what time I felt like I was functioning. I started my day about 4:00am. Ryanne wanted to eat. After the girls got dressed for school they sit and watch some nogin and then JoJo's Circus. Skylar knows that after JoJo it is time to go to school. Today at school Skylar is having a St Patricks Day party. However I will not be able to go and get any pictures today due to work.

Well we decided to just stay home today. Ryanne got to try out her exersaucer today. She liked it for a little while but her legs are still a little too short to reach the platform under her. Skylar was showing how all the toys worked. After she got tired of that it was time for lunch. After the girls got some lunch they both took a nap. Skylar went to her bed to watch Dora and was out in no time. Ryanne fell asleep in her favorite place to sleep the swing. I am not sure how much longer we will be able to use the swing. Ryanne is getting to where she wants to sit up all the time so i am not sure how much longer she will be happy in her swing but we will use it until she tells me otherwise.

Snow Day

Skylar Grace got to spend a few minutes outside in the snow on Tuesday March,4th. She loved it. She started asking me in November when the snow was coming so I was glad that she got to see some.I just wish she could have played outside more. We had to take Ryanne to the dr that morning and when we got home it was time for lunch and nap. We also got to see some snow on Friday, March 7th however Skylar and Ryanne did not get to enjoy any time outside and when I got off work and picked the girls up all the snow had melted Skylar was very upset about that.

Okay well first of all, Skylar is doing so well with Ryanne. She wants to help and she is the first to let me know when Ryanne has a dirty diaper. Of corse since Ryanne is in our room in the bassinet Skylar thinks she has to be in our bed. So I am sure I have started something that I didn't want to get started but I am sure that once I move Ryanne to her room then Skylar will hopefully go back to her room. Ryanne is only 10 days old and is already trying to hold her head up and look around and she hates to be laying down. She likes to be sitting up watching what is going on. Ryanne is able to sleep through Skylar hollaring or us hollaring at Skylar to be quite or to stop doing something. Skylar is still going to daycare 3 days a week while I am off work to keep her in a routine of things. Once I go back to work, Ryanne and Skylar will be in the same daycare. Skylar loves her school and her teacher so that makes me feel better about taking her to daycare. Ryanne well she is going to be a little chunk just like Skylar was as a baby. Ryanne is always hungry it seems. Well that is about all for now.

We are having another girl. We are excited. We are going to name her Ryanne Mackenzie. Skylar is starting to get excited about having a baby sister. Skylar helped with the registry. We are registered at target.

We go on Monday, July 23rd to find out what we are having. Jeremy wants a boy so bad. Skylar is excited about the baby right now and if you ask her if she wants a brother or sister she says a baby boy. I think this is because her daddy has been telling her that is what we want. I really don't think she will care either way. Everytime we go to the store we have to make a trip through the baby isles so she can look. She wants to buy everything for the baby it is so sweet. I have to tell her we have to wait and see. So after we find out what we are having on Monday we are going to make a special trip to the store so she can buy the baby something. I am trying to keep her as involved as I can through this pregnancy so she doesn't feel left out. I will do my best to post something Monday evening after we find out.

Diseny on Ice

Skylar got to go to Disney on Ice on Sunday, April 22nd,2007. We went to Alltel Arena in Little Rock with Mimi. Mimi bought you a princess dress and crown to wear for the special day. Once we go there you had so much fun you had your picture made with Ariel and you got a snow cone in a flounder cup. Once the show started your eyes didn't move from the ice. You liked all the princesses but your favorite was Cinderella. You didn't like the dragon from sleeping beauty much it scared you. The fire works at the end also scared you. You slept the whole way back to Mimi's House. When you got up we went to eat dinner with Mimi and Papaw at Chilli's you wouldn't take your princess dress off either. So you ate dinner in your princess dress.

I wish i would of started this while I was pregant with my Skylar Grace but I didn't. She is 2 1/2 yrs old now and into everything. We are currently going throught the potty training thing. One day she told me she wanted to wear big girl panties and not a pull up. So that is when it all begain. We are working really hard on this but however we still have our accidents.
